Getting Personal

I'm finally awake enough to do this. Either I've been trying (and failing) to sleep, or I've had a headache. But I'm managing tonight, since I was determined, especially since this is probably the last night for the whole week I can stay up late. I intend to enjoy that fact as much as I can. So, anyway, onward!
I had been wanting to this week's Monday Meme, but only getting to it now because tired and/or headaches got in the way. But I'm doing it now, so it's something, yes? But this week Strawberry Singh asked 20 questions, and I just couldn't resist, so here's my bit on this.

Meme instructions: Answer the following 20 personal questions about your Second Life.

  1. When and how did you discover Second Life? Simple answer would be boredom plus seeing it being advertised, so had to check it out in August of 2011. (Seems like so much of a shorter time O.o)
  2. Did you know about virtual worlds before or was this your first experience with them? Yes, yes I did. Granted none of them kept my attention for long, since things like World of Warcraft and stuff I only joined 'cause my brother convinced me to, but when he'd move on to his console video games, I would get bored quickly. Very quickly. I loved making my own character, just not the run-of-the-mill questing and such. But I'd never done anything even vaguely similar to Second Life before.
  3. Has Second Life met your expectations?  I didn't have any expectations, so I guess it has? I mean, it's kept me entertained this long (well, the people I've met moreso) so it met something.
  4. If you could teleport back tot he first ten minutes of your avatar's slife, what would you tell yourself? Don't take that brief break because you get a bit bored, nothing wrong with meeting a lovely person or two before December.
  5. How long did it take you to master flying and driving vehicles inworld? Flying I was too terrified to try until I got a decent connection going on, and when I did do it, didn't crash at all. Sort of. As for driving a vehicle...only 'drove' a bike before, if that counts. I was decent with that at least.
  6. Do you have a mystery alt? No. I have very few alts, and at least one friend knows of all of them. And two are probably a bit obvious they're me simply because they're connected to my main roleplay character, so...
  7. Is your SL avatar a reflection of you, or someone you wished you could be? All me, definitely. My personality doesn't change from offline to on, and when I'm moving about OOC I look pretty much the same...only my avatar is prettier by default (But I'm toa  point where I'm comfotable with ym body as is.) and has a bigger wardrobe and can 'dye' her hair easily enough. Now, when roleplaying that's a bit different and I could on with that, but that is more or less expected there.
  8. Is there an individual you met in SL that has inspired you in your RL? How? I know people have inspired my RL, and names do come to mind and I'm sure they know who they are, but I'm not so sure on the how just yet. Ask me again in a few years and I'll know by then.
  9. Do you feel it is easier to create stronger bonds/relationships with people you meet inworld as opposed to the real world? I think they're equal...almost. Difference is you need more of an emotional/mental connection in SL, while in RL most things start out with looks or inner circles. Though in SL, inner circles can introduce you to people but I've yet to see that personally. Though, depending on how you look at it, SL can have stronger bonds, and so can RL. RL holds the physical plus, and SL has the purely mental thing going on. Depends on how you look at it, I guess. Personally, I have people in both worlds who I would loathe to lose.
  10. Did you ever imagine or believe people could fall in love with someone they never met before Second Life? I never heard of people falling in love with pen pals before, but I did think that people could fall in love with people they've never met. I'm a born romantic thinker, so these sorts of things are easy for me to believe. Especially with the thought that looks aren't what has people fall in love, but rather the mental and emotional connection, which can be brought about just by speaking to someone with closed eyes.
  11. How has your perspective of dating changed (or not) since you started playing Second Life? Hm, can't say it's really changed. I see relationships that start and hold in SL as long-distance relationships, assuming the people involved live a long while away from one another. Relationships take work, and sometimes they work out, sometimes not, and that's no different no matter what world the relationship starts in.
  12. How has your perspective of employment changed (or not) since you started playing Second Life? Well...I'm not really sure. I mean, like Strawberry, I never thought that people could actually earn a decent income with virtual things. I knew people could earn money from little creative things and setting up an online shop, but I never thought a virtual medium could bring about cash. Though I did figure that if people sold and made things in a virtual world, they could support themselves in that world, else...not really.
  13. Name three things in both your lives that overlap each other significantly. Um...writing, friends, and....my love of random cute/silly things? Or maybe rather just my personality as a whole.
  14. If you could live your life more immersively in a virtual world, would you? (Kind of like the Matrix) Oh boy, probably I would. As much of a risk it could be, I would be too tempted to not...plus, it would be kind of neat. I can't quite word the why it would be neat at the moment, but there is a why there somewhere.
  15. How do you think behavior changes for people if they're inworld vs in the real world? Why do you think that is? Some people act differently, more 'boldly' (not exactly in a good way), more manipulative, inworld and that would be attributed to the fact that they can hide behind an avatar. And other people are allowed to be more free with how they are on the inside than they could in the real world.
  16. How has Second Life consumerism changed your perception of of spending habits, the value of money, the need to be "bleeding edge" with fashion? I've never really cared about fashion, only about what I like to wear. As for money...I'm as, eh, frugal, that's a nice word for it, in RL as I am in SL. Whenever I have lindens, it stretches out for a long while, especially since they're usually earmarked for my roleplay character. Though even if they weren't, still think they'd last a while.
  17. Do you think virtual worlds like SL drive and redefine human interaction or do they narrow and limit it? I actually touched this topic in a final paper of mine. But, ah, anyhow, I think both. I mean, on one hand, it shrinks the world and allows communication between people who would probably never have met else. Two of the people I count myself as closest to in way of SL, are far, far away and I highly doubt I'd have met them if it wasn't for SL. On the other hand, these worlds also allow for limitation, like people never talking to people that actually live near them. Of course that's a worse case scenario, but it's completely possible.
  18. If technology progressed tomorrow to allow you to send emotions to people the way you'd send text or voice messages, would it enrich your SL experience or infringe on it? Hm...I would be freaked out at first, but might adjust, if I could choose who gets my emotions and who I receive them from. Some people I do not want to know that sort of things, and others I would like their emotions to stay at the end of a ten foot stick. It would be interesting either way, though, and very good for relationships of all sorts, I would think.
  19. Name three skills you attribute to having learned or honed in Second Life alone. Photography, reactive (rather than planning the end) writing, and...hm...how to write for a guy's reactions. The last one is kind of iffy since I couldn't write first person for a guy nor roleplay as one, but I think, since I am honestly trying to get something near a book/short story done, that the actions of the men in my WIP stories are more...realistic.
  20. If your grand kids googled your Second Life avatar's name, would they be intrigued, disgusted, proud, or something else? If I ever have grand kids, then...either they'd wonder/laugh at the fact I spent time in SL or they'd expect it and think nothing of it since, well, I'd probably be as strange as I am now.

So that's that. And hopefully if there will ever be grand kids that end up googling this, I'm right with what they're thinking :P But there's this week's Monday thingy, done late by your's truly, but I procrastinate on everything anyway, so what's new? Have a lovely Sunday to anyone who's reading this.

Happy Halloween!

I'd like to begin this by asking: why, SL, why? *sobs in corner*
No matter what I did, for the past three days I could never get the bottom half of the system-layer bits of my SL costume to load. It was either I had on pants/alpha form the last outfit I had on, only on the lower-half mind you, or my legs were all gray or my boot alpha wouldn't work or it was all fuzzy texture. Now, it might be I was wearing too much on my lower half, since other outfits worked just fine, and this one had two pants layer plus socks on (for the bloody bits) but...I don't' know. I just gave up after a certain point and decided to just go with the fuzzy textures, since that was better than my other options.
Okay, now, onto the nice part of this post :P Halloween (my favorite holiday, btw) was yesterday and, if I hadn't been arguing with my outfit, I would have had this up then, but better a day late than never, right? So here is Strawberry Singh's Halloween meme.  Please do imagine non-fuzzy textures on blood on said textures and legs.
Still not entirely sure if my blood or not. Was a messy event :P
Had to add a closeup of the hair, too lovely to not.
    1) Did you go trick or treating as a child? Yes, I did all the way up to...seventh grade, I think. I loved it so very much especially since after my brother, parents, and I would go home to celebrate my dad's birthday.. Basically my brother and I had to sleep off a sugar rush come the end of the night :P
    2) What was the best costume you ever saw or wore yourself? Hm...as for seeing... That has to be when one of my dressed as Slender. This was just the other year, yes, but...well, it was fun. We had gone walking to see if another of our friends wanted to hang out with the group of us that was doing a small Halloween thing...and we had the Slender-dressed friend stand on random corners as people drove by. A lot of people sped up soon as they saw him...and then, of course, he scared the friend we were going to get. *grins* Mean, I know, but, well...
Maybe it's the memory that makes it the best costume, but still counts in my book :)
    3) What is your most vivid memory about Halloween? When I was about four to six, I remember coming to aunt's neighborhood and going to one specific house. We had gone up to get candy and this guy dressed as some freaky-looking-old-thing jumped out and screamed...which essentially had me and my brother running down to our parents, crying. Maybe not the most pleasant memory...but now that I look back on it, it seems silly I was scared...but being little has different rules.
    4) What is the scariest movie you have ever seen? The Grudge, no doubt. Maybe it's because I was, like, ten when I watched it...but that is the scariest movie I have seen. My brother fell asleep as we were watching it and my mom didn't turn it off because she thought it wouldn't scare me so bad. But it did and...I always had to have something at the foot of my bed, feet tucked under covers and a bunch of other things because I was afraid the grudge would come to get me. Took me about two weeks or so, but I got over it thankfully. I still won't watch the first one or the second one or whatever number and sure as hell wont' watch the Japanese original, but I'm not afraid to get killed by a ghostly mother-thing.
    5) Do you ever get nightmares after watching a scary movie? I used to, but now? No. I just scream and bust eardrums during the movie.
    6) Are you superstitious? If so, name at least one superstition of yours. Had to think on this one, but I don't think I really have anything that would qualify as a superstition. I don't have a lucky anything or believe breaking a mirror brings bad luck...so, no, actually. And that actually surprises me.
    7) What will you be doing this year for Halloween, if anything, in SL and RL? I didn't do anything in SL besides 'grr' and 'argh' over the textures of the lower half of my clothes...well that and RP as per usual. In RL, I passed out candy to the very few children in my neighborhood (and, yes, less children equals more candy for me :P ).

So, happy belated Halloween/Samhain/Thursday to you all and hope all you enjoyed yesterday even if just another Thursday for ya.

Let's Go Exploring!

The other day I was looking for a jungle-African Savannah-type sim, but I ended up finding none. My reason had been because I had found this neat (free) skin on marketplace and ended up styling around it and wanted to go take pictures someplace fitting. For some unknown reason I couldn't find anything the like. In Firestorm search I typed 'jungle', 'Africa', 'rainforest' all to no avail. So, I went to the real life section of the destination guide on Second Life's website; everything but Africa or jungles! Ugh. I was frustrated and tempted to go curl up in a corner for a good bit, but then I decided to just take a break and go look through some LMs of mine. I went to a few sims I like before I remembered Strawberry Singh had a meme about exploring SL. So, sighing at myself for remembering that after leaving the sims, I retraced my steps, turning my shadows and atmospheric shaders on, then bumping up my draw distance. I even managed to get some decent pics without being crashed once! Success!

I'm not sure what it is, but this place just has this...whimsical, romantic feel. The connecting sim, Oubliette seems to have a similar vibe...I just haven't made it over that way just yet. There's some danceballs and such scattered about and more colorful flowers, which is a must in my book. Very naturic and perfect for if you're looking for a place for softer pictures and such. It's one of those places I still want to stick my fae in and take a few pictures of her frolicking about. Seems just perfect for that.

I had to take at least two pics for this sim because it does vary. There are also a lot of clickables, one being a giant hot air balloon unless I'm mistaken. But this sim is based off the place that Beatrix Potter (author of stories like Peter Rabbit) wrote her books, as well as some of her stories. When you enter the sim, it takes you to a little welcoming area that gives you two NCs, one being about her life. I thought that was interesting to learn some more about this children's writer. The sim itself is gorgeous and has this whimsy to it. If you can't tell by now, whimsy and fantasy is something I love in any sim. And this one certainly does it right. There are different little parts that are from her stories scattered about the sim and multiple area to explore or just take pictures.

Unfortunately, the leaf textures didn't want to load for me at all when I was taking these pics. So, even though I have one that better shows the sim, this picture will have to do since the awkward leaves just make the place look...not so good. Anyhow, the Garden of Dreams has a few slightly varied areas. I went to the great tree one which, you guessed it, has a giant tree. You have to choose where you want to go from the boards near where you land so you can be TPed there. There are clickies all around, for couples and singles, which is something I love about it. Anyplace with clickies with decent animations or poses and I'm in. Granted, a log i clicked had three options labeled 'sex' and that had me thinking that anyone willing to try that would have a few splinters...but I digress. It's a nice, peaceful-feeling sim that I have yet to finish with all the clicking.
Also, another word in its favor; it worked awesomely for my tigertype outfit I had thrown together!

On a side note, I had planned to do this on another blog, but since I decided last minute to use a picture with my outfit in this one...this the stuff so you can be kittyfied and rawr at people without seeming crazy :P

Intrigue

The other day I put together a random outfit, typed coffee into search for whatever reason, and sat around letting my avatar have a Mad Hatter coffee party, which is much better than tea in my opinion. Though my poor virtual-self apparently went mad and started talking to herself. Not that I can judge, but that's besides the point.
Well, she's either talking to herself or the flowers....I'm not entirely sure...
And then I saw Strawberry's meme for this week and I just thought my random picture fit perfectly. But, yes, sitting in random coffee shop styled places in colorful hair and tattoos and overalls is what I do when I'm bored. Thankfully, I accept that as how I am and...well, it might tell you more than the questions for the meme will about me; but here goes it anyhow:

  1. How do you deal with criticism? Hm...I like to think I do pretty well with it. I mean, I tend to think on it a lot when it comes from a friend or family member or if it seems constructive. But if someone is saying it just to criticize, I tend to let it just roll off my back. It's like insults with me, if it's not going to help me I just smile and say 'well f*** you, too'. But if it might help me or was meant as more of a suggestion than insult, then I think on it. I don't shut down or anything, I ask why and work on it if it seems I should.
  2. What’s the most infuriating thing other SL residents do? Cause drama where drama is not needed. I don't like that at all. It's just...I don't see why people feel a need to create it other than for them to be the center of attention. Which is stupid, because you end up the center of a bad sort of attention. People do this in RL, too, but they seem to do it more in SL. Maybe because they have access to more people as well can can chance avatars if they have to? I don't know. I just can't stand it and tend to run the other way and duck for cover than get involved.
  3. Which SL resident would you most like to have lunch with and why? Oh...that's hard. I have two I would love to have lunch with. It's between two of my closest friends in SL; Salix and Taeem. They're just awesome people, at least to me and for different reasons, that I would just love an opportunity to speak to them face to face and get to know each better. Maybe cram us all together, even? You can learn only so much form typed words; it's the facial expressions that show the most.
  4. Who would you say is your “anti” role model? Someone who serves as a warning rather than an inspiration? I'm not naming any names either, since that would just be wrong. But...I'd have to say the people who just are around to play games with people's heads and sometimes their hearts, too. They're the ones who have no care that there is an actual human being behind the avatar and are only around to play their mind games. They want to hurt people simply for the sake of hurting people.
  5. What was something you used to enjoy, but was ruined for you? Ah...well, I have to say nothing has been ruined for me. At least yet. Maybe it's because I'm still young in SL terms. Maybe it's because I let most things roll off my back after enough time. I don't know, something might end up ruined for me, but nothing has been as of yet.
  6. What’s something you want to do that you’d be embarrassed to tell other people about? *points to above picture* Yea...nothing I want to do would I be embarrassed about.
  7. What's the oddest term of endearment you've ever used or that someone's used for you? Hm...no one has ever used it in SL as of yet, but I have some friends that insist on calling me 'evil demon child.' Pfft, don't know where they got that from. As for what I've used for others....probably that would have to be 'crazy dragon lady'. (And the oddest part, the friend I call this agrees with me!)
  8. Have you ever fallen in love with another SL resident? Nope, not once.
  9. Describe a time/event in your slife that you're nostalgic for. I'm not sure. I don't really miss my first days in SL like most seem to nor anything else. I mean, my first days were nice since everything was new....but....there's really not much I can think of that I miss too much. Call me weird, but I really can't think of anything.
  10. What’s something sweet you’d like someone to do for you? Give me something penguin-related and I'll love you forever! Seriously, that's all it takes. And if it's blue and penguin-y? Yes! That's all the better! But, really, it's sweet enough when people are honest about themselves and can decide they want to put up with my oddness. :)
Still thinking my outfit that I shall now use for random exploring might tell you more about me than you want to know and these questions probably don't help with that, but if you've made it down here I congratulate you and offer coffee. Now, I am going to go type random things in the search box and see what comes up as it seems Firestorm is lacking a destination guide. Strange I never noticed that before...but, have a good night or morning or however to you!

Fear of the Bleak

Alright, this is a bit after the fact, but in my defense the weather has thrown me off this week as well I keep forgetting my iron pills and have been sleeping early because of that. And, yes, that's also my reasoning for my try at having a Freebie Friday thing is once again going to be more so on...well, today. But I've got pretty pictures if that helps?
    And now I'm rambling.
But, this week, Strawberry Singh did another of her weekly memes and this time it was about fears. I'm not ashamed to admit I'm afraid of quite a few things; The Grudge movie (American version, and I will never even try to get through the Japanese one. Nuh-uh!), random sounds in the dark (I have an overactive imagination and...well I blame my first fear for this one), heights, roller coasters, dying alone, death itself, death of a loved one, and so on. But most of those are things that are simply part of life and unavoidable or unchangeable or something you don't have too much of a hand in, so they aren't my worst fears. The thing that terrifies me the most, at least for the moment, is not amounting to anything in life. I'm lazy, try to find easy ways for things, and procrastinate, yet I'm somehow still considered 'smart'. I'm not the person who turns in everything early and works extra hard on stuff. I know all this and I admit to it freely, but that doesn't mean I want to not do anything with my life. My family...to say they really want me to finish college and follow my dreams and not just go off and do something else, would be an understatement. I'm not going too much into it, but they want me to succeed for certain reasons. I want to get my master's in psychology and be a child psychologist and the idea of not making it scares me because I don't want to go below my hopes as well i don't want to disappoint my family, probably more so the latter. It might be a weird fear, but I don't want a bleak future where I'm one of those people sitting around, drinking, and only having dreams of what could have been. I want to live my dreams, not only dream them when they are out of reach.
I know people live some wonderful lives without reaching their 'real' dream, but I don't see that as a possibility for me. I would be too upset with myself and I would just know there is disappointment from my family, so I don't think I'd be happy if I don't reach my goal. I don't like the uncertainty the future holds, but I'm working to have at least one thing go as I hope.
I try my best. My best isn't, and will likely never be, the best, but it's my best. I just have to keep hoping it'll be enough so that I don't fall short. The saying may be 'shoot for the moon, even if you miss you'll land among the stars', but I'm a pessimist and I see it as more 'shoot for the moon, miss and you'll float about in space.' I don't much want to float about in space since I'm pretty sure that'll be just as terrifying as the possibility of missing my goal.

Movie Time

So, Strawberry Singh posted a new challenge/meme/whatever you wish to call it as apparently some call it different things here. This one actually rather caught my eye...only issue was that I couldn't decide between two, almost three. So...with that in mind, I have two different ones for ya. Not sure if either has an especially good layout, but it's something at least.

Okay, I'll admit it, though, I'm a bit more proud of my bit of editing on the last one. And apparently it is useful to let your friend chase you with a knife through a maze....though she's never ever gettting a knife again. Never!

Pet Peeves and Flower Pots~Something New

Okay, so this is a multi-use blog for a couple reasons. One being that I only have a picture of one of the new props by Something New. And that's because of two reasons: I would've felt bad rezzing a big tree prop on my friend's sim and...well I took pics of another (Deviant) but..I'm much too shy to actually upload those to a place where more than myself and the person also in the picture could see it. Sooo with that in mind, the 'Deviant' poseballs and props are pretty neat, actually. Silly, definitely, but nice. Especially the facial expressions. I feel bad about not showing the pictures....but my shyness is definitely winning out.
Though the 'She is All Mine' flower pot prop and pose, that I have pictures for. I loved it. It looked amazing and sweet.
Thanks to my lovely friend, Taeem, for posing with me :)

I'm also proud to say that neither, once again, decided to say I was too short.

And for the other sue of this blog: Pet Peeves Meme as introduced by Strawberry Singh. I'm really starting to get into this meme-thing now. ;) Click here for the link to her start point.
So, here are my top five SL pet peeves:
  1. No Drama in Profiles: I've seen enough people put they don't like drama in their profiles. Okay, I don't like drama either, but i don't go and put that in my profile, which invites drama. Not to mention, from what I've seen, the people who put that are the kings and queens of drama. So I've learned to walk the other way if I've read that in some one's profile.
  2. Blank Profiles After 3 Months: Or around 3 months. At that point there should be something to show you do stuff, at least a picture since it's free to upload one. Even if you use Firestorm like I do, you can use the SL site to change your profile pic without lindens. For all I care put the most random thing, just have something since...blank profiles generally give me an uneasy feeling for some reason. I don't know why, they just do. it's like saying you don't exists.
  3. Upside Down Words in Profiles: As you can probably tell by now, i read a lot of profiles when I'm bored or want to just see who I might end up RPing with or whatever. But that...that 'meme' type thing that some people have in their profiles saying 'if you're smart enough to read, copypaste into your profile' is just plain stupid. Reading that has nothing to do with smarts; it's really just how the brain works. So long as it's not completely jumbled or some other such, the brain can figure it out so long as you know the language well enough. (And that, by the way, is coming from a psychology student *nods*)
  4. Random ANYTHING: I don't like random tps, random friend requests, or just random 'hellos' from some random stranger. From a friend, a random hello is good cause it leads to conversation. I don't like a stranger who I've never talked to OOC or RPed with or somehow know just saying 'hello'. Add something to the hello, then I feel better. Random tps are just as bad. I don't know where I'm going (unless I recognize the land name) nor do i want to randomly tped someplace. Even my friends don't do that. They tell me first....or, like if there's some meeting I'm late to, they tp me there when I log in. But I know where I'm going in that case. And random friend requests from people who, like with random hellos, I've never talked to IC or OOC, I don't like. Oh and let's not forget the random 'want to fuck?' IMs. No, I do not want to. Why you want to and why it turns you on, I've no clue. Sadly I'm too much of a pacifist for one of my thousands of semi-insulting, bu genius, responses to be said. I just ignore the person. Granted, I haven't gotten so many of those since I've been hiding in a RP sim, but I still freak out whenever I go someplace else where there are people. I prefer empty sims to hide in. I'm very introverted and...I tend to like going to my safe corners.
  5. RP Limits Saying to IM Before Doing Anything to Their Char: I've seriously seen this in some people's picks. You can't even really talk to them unless you IM them first. Generally the rule is no godmod, but that is taken care of by someone saying 'tries' in their post. IMing just ruins the flow and....well, I stay away form people with such things in their picks. I understand limits, but don't have a crazy amount.
Well, there's my rant, feels good to say all that... Though I have said these things to some friends in IM before...but that's besides the point. Everything I've said, if it applies to anyone, well...those are just things that bother me but were not meant to upset anyone or convince anyone to change something. People will do as people will, that's what I always say.

A Proud Procrastinator

Okay, so, I was clicking around and...stumbled upon this. I know, I said that the picture blog was coming up next...but..my next well... I'm a procrastinator, so things never tend to happen when I say they will. But I am working on it. I've already got a picture for Juliet, Cinderella, and I'm working on Alice, Ariel, and Belle. Might even get a Silence pic if I can drag one of my friends someplace and force black angel wings on him. ;) I'm still all open for suggestions, even, but...I'm broke so I'm improvising with freebies and other such things I've found buried in my inventory.
Right, but what I stumbled on was a meme-type-thing for, what else, procrastination. As I've said that is something very near and dear to my heart. So, first, just click here for a link to the blog post by Strawberry Singh that started it off. And, well, now here's my answers...well, no, a picture first.

  • What is the rez date for your current SL Avatar that you use most often?
That would be Haisley who was first rezzed...August 11, 2011.
  • Where was the first place you made friends as a newb and got to know people in Second Life?
Oh boy....um.... Well, first place that comes to mind is the RP sim I'm at most often but... Right, first place was, odd enough, a freebie store... I think Freebie Galaxy. A weird place to make any friends, but, hey it worked.
  • Where do you spend most of your SL time now?
That would be at a RP sim called Cadair Braeden. That's not that surprising seeing as I've got some people I love to death OOC that RP there. (Yes, I'll admit, once or twice I've ICly wanted to push them in a river....even though one is a very big dragon...)
  • Who is your closest friend in Second Life? (only pick one)
I can't choose, but I can say two, instead of one. That's...close enough, right? Right. Salix Southpaw and Taeem. I love them and pester them in IM often enough I'm pretty certain they know that.
  • What is the most favorite thing in your inventory? (only pick one)
Again, I can't choose! Guess I'm an indecisive procrastinator... Anyhow, it's either the Capture hair by Magika (that changes colors!) that I use both IC and OOC or...the Morgana necklace that comes with the Morgana dress by ViGo.
  • The last thing you purchased in Second Life?
Purchased makes me think lindens...and I haven't used lindens in forever. Everything I get is usually free. But the last thing I actually spent something on....would be my skin. Harmony-07 by Delish....but that was back when the stuff there was dollarbies and I could afford it. :P But the last thing I actually got is Baby Blue Polka Dot Hair bow FallenDoll Designs.
  • What color clothing does your avatar wear most often?
Hrm...well, usually different shades of blue. Which just so happens to be my favorite color, pure coincidence, I'm sure.
  • Do you prefer to walk, run or fly?
Walk. If i try to run I'll end up who knows where thanks to lag and...flying is just as, if not more, hazardous for me.
  • What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done in SL?
Crazy? I'm not that much of an interesting person with action, but, maybe going onto a virtual roller coaster called 'The Spider' that I was pulled to by Salix? I think that counts as I wouldn't even get within ten feet of a roller coaster in RL.
  • Who would you like to play YOU, in the movie of your SLife?
Well, that would require either a blonde and a brunette or someone who would wear a wig... Ah, but in either case I've honestly no clue. Maybe it's in part because I don't pay attention to actresses and such, but...still, no clue.

Now, seeing as I've got that done...I should probably sleep. yes I even procrastinate with sleep, being the night owl I am. So goodnight or good morning or however and I'll get the story pictures and such up soon. Promise!
